It was close to our rental car area. It was comfortable...we slept well. The room was clean, parking was ample, and it seemed a safe area in which to spend the night.

The room I stayed in was very clean, bathroom, bed sheets and all, the mini frige and microwave was also very convenient for me which was nice. The area it was in was desent, didn't see any kind of weirdos walking around or anything which made me feel safe. The staff here were very friendly as well. I would deffinetly stay here again.
I was a bit worried about staying at a motel, didnt know what to expect. But I was very much happy with what I got and for the price. No complaints here =)

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a large grassy area, short walk to the beach, water park, aquarium, zoo and the botanical garden, the outlets and the Outlet Center. The rooms were cheap and tidy, with 2 queen beds. The location turned out to be convenient and easy. Popped in Ike Sportz Bar & Grill for shots before sleep, it was at a short distance from the venue.

Nothing
I was charged an additional room rate and I left about 6:30 am on Tuesday. I was bamboozled out of $72.18. Could you please explain that to me. Yes, I did only stay for 4 nites, but I cancelled the one night on Mon 06/25/11. I don't get. If something is not done about that I will not return to Red Roof nor will I recommend it.

We checked in in the evening and there were two Asian men Das and another without name tag. They were rude to me as a woman checking in ahead of my man. The one without name tag pulled the papers from me when I enquired about the final rate. He was abnoxious. In the morning there was no breakfast as advertised our main reason for staying there. The had coffee and doughnuts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the close proximity to the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, perfect for our small kid! The room was clean, and the staff was friendly during check-in. It.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities on-site.

I was a little disappointed. I had stayed at a Red Roof many years ago in Illinois and remembered it very differently. I was surprised that there was no hair dryer or iron in the room. Also most motels I stay at now have in room coffee and this was missing also. My room had a funny oder room 152 and the bed was not at all comfortable.
